Prizm was founded by four former colleagues with a simple goal in mind: to create a place where people are cared for and care about their work. Together, we bring over 55 years of experience in helping communities grow, designing reliable infrastructure, and creating positive interactions with the built environment.

Leads the design and delivery of civil infrastructure and site development projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams while managing scope, schedule, and budget. Provides technical oversight, mentors junior staff, and serves as a key point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders

Supports the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, including preparing calculations, drawings, and reports while coordinating with project teams and regulatory agencies. Collaborates with senior staff to deliver compliant, high-quality infrastructure solutions across a range of public and private projects.
